You bring us your critters and we make them tasty. 
HUNTERS 
Due to the amount of deer we have received thus far; we will not be accepting anymore deer carcasses at this time. The reason for this is because we want to have a quick turn around time for the hunters who have dropped off a deer, without compromising quality. We will still be accepting trim.

Meet our owners 

In 2006, Al Weyker (my dad) and I (Jennifer Hoeppner) purchased Quality Cut Meats. I grew up on a dairy farm the eldest of six children. I have always had a love for cooking, so after high school I went to culinary school. For fifteen years I worked in restaurants.  Then one day my Dad said “What do you think about buying a butcher shop?”  About a year later I started working at the shop and found it to be a perfect combination. Animals, Food, People.  My education now includes Master Meat Crafter (a program through UW-Madison).  I’m pleased to say I achieved an addition to my plant in 2014 with the plans of another addition in the near future.  I love my farmers, my customers, and my work. I call it “Feeding the world one family at a time.”  So please, buy local.  Farmers need to be appreciated for their hard work and dedication.  After all, we’d all be farmers if it was an easy job.



Meet the Crew

   Dave: Dave has been with us for 5 years. You may not have noticed him but that is because he is working on the boning table. He also helps with the butchering of poultry and red meat. 
     Patti: Patti has been with us for 6 years. If you have ever come in or called us then you have for sure met/talked to Patti. Taking your cutting instructions is not the only thing she does. She also helps cleaning out your chickens and wrapping your red meat. 
     Tim: Tim has been with us for 4 years. You may have not noticed him but that is because he is the one cutting your red meat into the cuts that you want. He also helps with the butchering of poultry and red meat.  
     Sam:  Sam is Jennifer's son so he has been with us as long as any of us could remember. Sam has done many things over the years. But now he is taking your cutting instructions, answering your phone calls, helping you when you come into the store, and trimming your meat and giving the cuts to Patti. 
    Alex: She is not always there. She packages your hog and beef cuts. She also takes your cutting instructions or answers your questions over the phone and helps in the store. She also answers your messages on our Facebook page.
