Custom Venison Processing

 We will be accepting all trim. You do receive your own trim back, no one else's. If you want sausage we start processing sausage after the 1st of the year. We ask that if you order snack sticks or summer sausage that you pick them up as soon as you receive a phone call. We require 25lbs of trim for certain items (see below) everything else we require 15lbs of trim. We are not accepting full deer carcasses, ONLY TRIM.
For the best freshness of your order we ask that you pick up your meat within 2 weeks when you are notified that your order is ready. Any orders that are not picked up in the 2 week period will be charged a charge free at a rate $5.00/week.
Trimmings are to be brought in by April. Sausage will not be made afterwards. 
Summer Sausage and Snack Sticks come bulk packaged. Vac Pac is an additional cost. If you want them to be vac pack please state when venison is dropped off.
